Rustic Italian, wood-fired cuisine & a casual, yet sophisticated & seasonally driven menu in a hip and nostalgic environment. The beverage menu features quality-driven cocktails along with a curated list of well-crafted beer and approachable wines from the Old and New World, carefully selected to complement the style of cuisine.
Qualified applicants will be able to execute all positions on the line and run expo while inspiring and motivating the kitchen staff. This individual should also have a good knowledge of inventory and budgets and be able to review a monthly P&L statement and act on its variances. Minimum of 5-6 years Executive Chef experience in a similar environment required, as well as an understanding of Italian cuisine including pasta and pizza making.
