Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to a site location city listed below but will have the option to work remote following a hybrid schedule (3 days in an office listed / 2 days remote)

In this role, you will:
- Manage the user acceptance testing team
- Assist with all testing and support scrum teams
- Manage and develop teams of change implementation consultants and managers to successfully execute planning solution preparation
- Engage and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level management to sustainable change
- Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change
- Examine information, interpret results, and identify trends
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Change Management team to meet successful implementation of deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for change implementation
- Collaborate with and influence peers, risk, compliance, and executive level managers, interact directly with clients
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Change Implementation
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
- Experience and understanding with automation
- Knowledge with scrum and kanban
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and buid effective business partnerships with all levelss of team members
- Experience within Card Operations, Merchant Services or Consumer Lending
- ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Quality Center experience
- Previous business acceptance/ business functional testing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of General Purpose Credit Card, Retail Services and Co-Brand Credit Operations systems, work flow/process
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Experience working with operations teams
- Proficiency in leading enterprise programs and strategic decision making
- Ability to partner with enterprise development teams to deliver cross channel projects
