Vitalounge is seeking a highly organized and personable medical assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our providers in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities: * Greet patients and check them in for their appointments * Record patient medical history and vital signs * Prepare examination rooms and assist providers with patient exams * Collect and process laboratory specimens * Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals as needed * Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records and processing managing membership forms. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Medical assistant certification * Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Proficiency in electronic health record systems The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients. Experience in functional medicine is a plus, but not required. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
