CENTER MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL Job at KidsPeace
The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring the adherence to policy, procedures, and protocols as it relates to safety and the integrity of our staff training and house programming in the assigned center.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years in Direct Care experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Supervisory experience
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Responsible for the oversight of the Preceptor responsibilities at the center. This includes ensuring that all new hires receive the complete shadow training before coming off shadow status and that their checklist and all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Act as the on-ground’s supervisor each shift present and complete all on-grounds responsibilities.
Provide administrative support to the center when the Program Director or Assistant Program Director are not present.
Train and ensure other leaders understand and are completing on-grounds responsibilities when it is their turn.
Ensuring program integrity in each of the houses at the center.
Collect all end of the month paperwork and ensure it is submitted in a timely manner.
Assist in promoting safety and consistent programming throughout the assigned center.
Provide direct support to the Assistant House Managers in a house when a House Manager is out for an extended period of time.

Schedule: Full Time, Primarily Evenings with weekends/OT as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
