We are looking for a talented and hard-working Gas Station Customer Service Attendant to join our Dino Team at Sinclair. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment and provide excellent customer service experience.
· Answer phone calls, assist callers and take messages for manager, when necessary
· Assist Fuel and Dino Mart Customers
· Handle cash, debit or credit fuel or merchandise transactions
· Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
· Redeem gift cards and coupons
· Maintaining cash in drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is no shortage according to end of shift reports
· Promote specials and items on sale inside the mini mart
· Resolve customer complaints in a customer service-oriented manner
· Keep store, coffee, food and checkout areas clean, stocked and tidy
· Maintain outside station property clean of debris and spills
· Notify Manager of any gas spills, accidents or incidents.
· Keep a record of accidents and incidents along with customer witness statements
· Rotate Stock and remove expired items from shelves and coolers
· Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
· Verify ID to confirm age 21+ when tobacco items are purchased
· Report all power outages, inoperable pumps, cooler, beverage machines, ATM equipment to General Manager
· Report to work as scheduled and on time in mandatory uniform. Shirts and a name tag will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications
· Someone with proven Customer Service experience
· Previous Gas Station experience
· Previous experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Other Conditions for Employment
· Must Possess Valid Unrestricted California Drivers License (to move and park U-Haul Trucks)
· Must provide proof that he/she is authorized to work in the US
· Must consent and pass a background check prior to start date
· Reference checks of prior employers will be performed at the discretion of the manager
· Must have reliable transportation to get to/from work
· Must feel comfortable with working alone on their shift at assigned location

Physical Demands/Requirements for Position
Employees must be able to move objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs, as well as standing for long periods of time (for longer than 4 hours); this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina, as well as the ability to lift and carry objects and merchandise (up to 50lbs).

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
