FULL-TIME CENTRAL RECEPTION ASSOCIATE - Located in Inver Grove Heights, MN

White Bear Mitsubishi is growing! We are expanding Central Reception and have immediate openings for Central Reception Associates located in our Inver Grove location. We are seeking upbeat, motivated and qualified candidates to join our team. If you have passion for what you do and a will to succeed, we want to meet you! The ideal candidate for Central Reception will love to work with people and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with computer proficiency. The Central Reception Associate will primarily receive and answer inbound calls from the public. This position offers the availability to grow into other positions within the company or Guest Enthusiasm Center.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Central Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills, problem solving ability and a winning friendly attitude. This individual is the digital face of the dealership and will receive calls coming into the dealership. They'll determine the nature of the callers business, and find an ideal solution by directing the caller to their destination. Customers calling our dealership may be seasoned and experienced, or calling for the first time. Regardless, the Central Reception Associate ensures a positively amazing experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Greet all inbound customer calls with a brilliant smile. The customer should "hear" your smile thorugh your greeting.
• Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Help guide customers (in-person) to the best source of assistance in the stores. Be a problem solver by finding the right person to assist a customer.
• Minimize the time a customer has to spend on "hold".
• Operate multi-line switchboard telephone system.
• Operate a cash management program (training provided) to accept payment from customers for service or sales payments.
• Reconcile receipts and perform general record-keeping regarding payments and cash and payment management.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, Mail is a plus.
• Availability should be open availability with nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Problem solving ability - You don't just say no, you offer a solution, for example.
• Professional personal appearance and friendly personality.
• Submit to a driver license history and background check.
