The voco Hotel Chicago Downtown / Holiday Inn Chicago Wolf point is looking for a customer-service oriented Marketplace Cashier to join the team. The Marketplace Cashier is responsible for but not limited to:

• Maintaining a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service.
• Responding in a courteous manner to all guest questions or requests.
• Maintaining the work area and Marketplace and ensuring that all food products are fresh.
• Preparing all espresso, blended, smoothies, hot and cold beverages, and other offerings.
• Preparing and serving baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, panini's, and specialty food items.
• Maintaining and replenishing of the self-service and condiment stations.
• Following company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Cashier duties.

Open in July 2022, in the heart of Wolf Point on the Chicago River, this newly renovated 521 room Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown is reimagined as a dual branded hotel, with the launch of the very first lifestyle hotel, the voco hotel in Chicago. The new voco Hotel Chicago will consist of 293 guest rooms and the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown consists of 228 guest rooms.
