Job Description: Assistance with “Activities of Daily Living”
- Personal care such as bathing, toileting, brief changes, dressing, and grooming
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Planning, preparing and serving meals
- Assistance with transfers, walking and physical activity
- Transportation to appointments, activities, errands and shopping
- Providing companionship and cheerful, positive assistance at all times
- Dementia care/support
- Hospice support/assistance
