Expectations: We are seeking a service-driven individual with the same values as our dealership. We take the time to listen to customers, going above and beyond to meet and exceed their needs, fulfill their wants, and provide outstanding sales and service right from the start. Our team is a group of sales advisors, providing customers with the information they need to make an informed auto-buying decision.

You will be expected to:

• Maintain product knowledge
• Leverage CRM software and document customer contacts
• Develop existing and prospective customer relationships
• Respond immediately to leads and communicate with customers in their preferred method: text, phone, email and more
• Monitor and maintain awareness of overall new and used vehicle market activity

Compensation & Hours: Baum Chevrolet Buick has a hybrid pay plan for full-time sales associates, which combines commissions, minimums, bonuses, and safety nets for a rewarding paycheck. Salespersons work in-store five days per calendar week with one Saturday and one Monday off per month.

Qualifications: Although previous automotive sales or similar experience is not required, it is preferred. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and be on your feet for several hours a day is also required.

Basic computer skills and comfort with the use of phone, email, text and chat communication methods are required. Our sales team is expected to present a professional, well-groomed appearance.
