Pay: Approximately $3600/per month (pay is individually driven)

Sample average pay for agents fully trained = $15/per hour (40 hr/week) and pulling commissions. Ramp-up time to reach this pay is average of 90 days.

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week)

• Closing shift needed: Monday to Friday - 11:30am-8pm Central Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly collections goals
• Handle high outbound and inbound collection calls daily regarding patients accounts, ask for payment in full on account or establish payment arrangements based on company policy
• Provide customer service regarding collection account - multitasking skills essential
• Maintain computer application database by entering accurate & detailed records of members’ inquires, payments, etc
• Follow federal and state laws dealing with debt collection, HIPAA, PHI

Qualifications:

• Ability to negotiate effectively over the phone
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Think quickly/critical thinking while on the phone
• Highly motivated to reach performance goals
• Aptitude to work well under stress
• Proficient computer and typing skills using Microsoft Office software
• Private home office space free of distraction to protect patient information and give a professional experience to patients on the phone (required)
• Experience in collection or call center work (Preferred)
• Experience in handling sensitive information from clients in a discreet and ethical manner (Preferred)
• Communication in both English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Healthcare Accounting/Finance background (Preferred)
• Collection and Performance Goals
• Meets established monthly individual Performance Goals and Group Collection Target
• Participates in team meetings with Supervisory Management on collection efforts
