This position handles both inbound and outbound calls while building customer relationships. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.

What are the Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

  • Provide a positive customer experience by educating customers, responding to questions, building trust, and overcoming objections
  • Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication
  • Scheduling appointments for guests
  • Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools and CRM

What We Require:

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
