Our locally-owned and operated company with 6 local retail outlets is seeking individual who enjoys the coffeehouse | cafe experience and seek a desire to manage and/or co-manage a retail coffeehouse while developing our dedicated Java House Coffeehouse team, facilitating retail Guest service, product and facility operations with Java House and Heirloom Salad Company in Iowa City Corridor Area.
If you are seeking professional growth within a progressive company operating a retail store with individual autonomy in an upbeat and enjoyable environment, this may be your perfect opportunity. Excellent communication and project management skills are required.
Full-time Store Management position does seek individuals with a minimum of 1 year of food service management. A desire to seek a personal challenge to practice our company training tools while implementing them respectfully, with integrity and accountability will be important for the growth of this position.
