This job is a member of the Planning Team within the Integrated Operations Team. This position will be responsible for providing direct supervision to Cabin team personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all flights are properly assigned with Cabin service crews via our GHDS system
- Report all operational issues to the management team in a timely manner
- Communicate with the crew chiefs and drivers on duty
- Use all technology available to communicate with the airline (Connect me, Saber and Cabin appearance)
- Assist with all extra requests made by the airline
- Report all services provided to the aircraft for billing purposes
Planners are required to:
- Be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
- Be capable of following directions
- Have excellent computer skills
- Have great problem-solving skills
- Be responsible and punctual
- Have an open schedule availability
- Be able to multitask and work under stress
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
