Acara Solutions is looking for a Purchasing Operations Center Buyer for our client located in Indianapolis, IN
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders by being responsive and proactive to work task assignments
- Working with stakeholders across all areas of the business and regions
- Prioritizing and planning daily workflow which includes management, monitoring and reporting of task progression through completion
- Supplier negotiation
- Operating and complying with all Procurement processes and procedures
- Invoice resolution for blocked or stalled invoices
- Supplier communications/declarations
- Global Vendor Master Management
- Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Request for Quotes
- Rework Purchase Orders
- Task request inbox management.
Pay and Benefits
- The Salary for this position is $22.85 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Purchasing Operations Center Buyer.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimal procurement experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Team, career and goal orientated
- Enjoys working in a fast past environment.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Looking for a Buyer who will be handling the admin side of the Buyer work
- Some purchasing background
