Here are some examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

• Under general guidance, identify and implement process and system improvements within business unit, product or services and/or functional area.
• Research, design, develop, test, and implement new processes, product or service enhancements, procedures relating to systems and guidelines for products, services or plans.
• Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical areas (including IT staff) regarding system applications/processes.
• Monitor department systems and applications to ensure any issues are addressed, documented, and corrected.
• Communicate problems and solutions to appropriate internal and external audiences.
• May act as a technical resource by answering questions, recommending/providing solutions, and assisting other team members.
• May act as subject matter expert for business applications, systems, products and functional areas.
• May handle full administration duties for suppliers or one or more customer accounts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1+ years related work experience
• Broad range of network and PC software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle several tasks and priorities at one time
• Detail and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and offer creative solutions to problems
