We're looking to acquire a new Dealership Development Representative (DDR) to join our sales team to accelerate our growth by presenting our solution to owners and general managers by way of online demos as well as to support the top of our funnel through prospecting. As a DDR you must be highly motivated, organized, tenacious, and driven with a relentless pursuit of new revenue. You’re a self-starter who is tirelessly dedicated to improvement and quest of betterment in our sales process, industry knowledge, and intimate product know-how of the dealr.cloud software platform. Our DDR must approach each day with a sense of urgency, manage up, and compress the sales cycle with self-reliance from demo to close. This role is not for the weak of heart, and the only people who will succeed in this role are those who would consider themselves hunters.

Time management is essential for our DDR. There is no downtime as you must maximize the hours of your day to prepare for and perform demos, capture customer pain points, create comprehensive demo summaries, manage all closing activities, and prospect. You must meticulously execute all necessary follow-up administration in our CRM and internal communication channels, and work cohesively with team members to ensure timely instigation of subscriptions and payment collection.

We provide a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from home for up to two days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays if they choose. All employees are welcome to work in the Dealr, Inc offices all days of the week if they choose. Our office is located in Loveland, CO. The typical work schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm MT.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform demonstrations of dealr.cloud and conduct all closing activities and communication between customers and our implementation team.
  • Whilst not demoing and closing, our superstar DDR is an agent of growth at the top of our funnel generating qualified prospects to our pipeline.
  • Be hyper-focused on generating revenue and managing an internal upsell pipeline focusing on converting clients to additional dealr.cloud products and services.
  • Take extreme pride and ownership over your book of business, as well as the administrative follow-through before, during, and after close.
  • Own and manage your pipeline, consistently working every deal to get them from a demo to a close.
  • Work collaboratively with our implementation team to support the onboarding of new accounts and provide escalation support throughout the account’s lifecycle.
  • Create leads and opportunities by data mining and cold-calling to generate and book product demos.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to secure meetings with decision-makers.
  • Overcome objections and resistance encountered in the sales process.
  • Apply exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with key players
  • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
  • Work in a team to achieve monthly sales goals, as well as your individual objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
