Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager that would be a part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining our company's PowerBi dashboards, and the data they rely on. The ideal candidate would have strong SQL and PowerBi skills. They should have prior experience turning data into a story that provides valuable information that our executive team can rely on to make data backed decisions. Experience in scenario creation, and forecasting is highly desired. This candidate should have strong willingness to learn machine learning tools and methods, as well as data lake and data warehouse solutions like Snowflake and Databricks. Previous experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Required skills:
- Strong PowerBi skills
- Strong SQL database administration
- Comfortable working in a Microsoft 365 environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
