Who we are looking for- A candidate that will provide consistent and timely response to our guests and restaurant teams to ensure a frictionless experience in our digital channels and in store experiences. The ideal candidate appreciates great local food and is focused on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is also capable of working remotely, in a team, but also thrives when working alone. A strong candidate enjoys an environment where multi-tasking and juggling multiple conversations is appealing. During downtimes, the Customer Service Agent will be expected to review, follow up and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback from guests and internal customers.

What you will be doing- The Customer Service Agent is responsible for navigating multiple dashboards, providing customer support for incoming requests from internal teams and external guests. Requests come through emails, web forms and helpdesk tickets. The Customer Service Agent will resolve tier one issues for customers and restaurants related to digital ordering, processing refunds, general inquiries, and escalating concerns to appropriate departments. The Customer Service Agent will provide resolution and follow up of customer tickets and manage reporting of guest feedback.

Required Skills-

Ability to navigate multiple cloud-based customer support and digital business tools to investigate requests and resolve issues related to restaurant visits, loyalty, and digital ordering.
Able to write responses to guests and partners that are clear, concise, and represent the company brand, values, and voice.
Must be comfortable helping upset guests with difficult situations both over the phone and by email support.
Excellent time management and attention to detail that ensures completion of all open issues with required documentation.
Able to draft procedural updates, canned responses, knowledge base articles and reports for departments and individuals related to existing and new guest questions, issues, and requests.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Must be comfortable working alone, be self-directed, and able to give this role your undivided attention.
Requires dedicated quiet working space.

The pay range for this role is $20 - $22/hr.
