Job Description
Physical and Technical work performing inspections of each phase of new building projects and repairs or additions to existing structures and properties as prescribed by the City Ordinances to determine conformance with the adopted Building Codes. Also responsible for investigating violations related to contractor licensing, permitting violations, and housing maintenance violations. All work is to be completed under the direct supervision of the Building Official, Deputy Building Official and Building Department Coordinator. Application Special Instructions
