BUDTENDER/ DISPENSARY TECHNICIAN-ISABELA Job at FIRST MEDICAL CANNABIS LLC
- Must maintain records, have contact with the grow sites, embrace patient education and understand marketing.
- Responsible for keeping up with all changes in local and state law regarding operation of the facility.
- Customer Service for Patients
- Keep dispensing area clean and collected at all times
- Keep all area of the dispensary clean like, bathrooms, office, halls, etc.
- Locate cannabis products in the showcases in an organized manner.
- Make a daily inventory of the products located in the dispensary area.
- Square the cash register and withdraw the sales of the day.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration or related area.
2. Prefer 2 or more years of experience in a healthcare company and leadership role.
3. Experience in customer service preferred in the health industry.
4. Basic knowledge of the cannabis plant, uses and recommendations.
5. Knowledge in record keeping and HIPAA Law.
6. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to use computers for work order processing, e-mail communication.
8. Must possess a high level of accuracy and neatness.
9. Basic knowledge of English language reading and speaking.
10. Willing to help out in other areas if necessary.
11. Have ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You are at least 21 years of age
2. You have no felony convictions
3. You are willing to participate in an extensive background security check.
4. You must have the PR Occupational License ID card
5. You are trustworthy and hard working
