Our Client in Painesville has an immediate need for a Bronze Mill Operator. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity #COH
- Pay is $24.94 Hour to start; then $25.65 on 2/1/23, $26.65 on 12/23
- This is a 3rd Shift Position, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
- This position must train on 1st Shift, M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Primary Function:
The Primary Function of the Bronze Mill Operator is to attend to the milling machines in the pigment production areas and perform the duties indicated as Major Job Functions.
Major Job Functions:
- Charges and discharges all milling machines
- Makes all operational adjustments to mills to ensure that products meet all quality and production standards for copper and copper-alloy products
- Makes minor repairs to mills such as temporary repairs to or replacement of boots on Product and/or DCF drums and cleans and/or replaced Hummer screens
- Maintains a clean work area
- Operator assignments: each operator will run a maximum of sixteen (16) mills
- Loads atomized powder into First Step Mill Hoppers
- Performs all other related duties as a Mill Operator
- Performs all duties in accordance with required safety procedures
- Makes feed blends if required by the supervisor or his designated representative
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- (3) years manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in manual process environments
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Must pass pre-employment screening
