Job Responsibilities:
- You are providing real estate investors with the most competitive suite of products available in the market and helping them grow their business by screening, onboarding, and developing relationships with mortgage brokers; you are not an order taker selling unneeded widgets
- You will be provided with high quality leads for clients and/or mortgage brokers looking to learn about our loan programs, and you will be responsible for understanding their needs and accurately educating them on our company and products
- You will develop relationships through lead management by inbound/outbound prospecting, taking loan applications, negotiating terms, and stewarding clients throughout the loan process
- You will be provided with ample training, resources, and mentoring to help you understand the real estate investment market so you can best assist your clients
- You will be required to obtain your NMLS license (company training is provided and sponsoring for the national test)
Qualifications:
- A passion to compete and win
- Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
- Prepared to roll up your sleeves and work hard to accomplish your goals
- Great communication skills
- Self-starter able to generate consistent loan flow from high daily call volume and virtual client outreach
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience as a loan officer or in an outbound sales role is a plus
