  • Broiler Cooks focus on high quality steaks, learn about the cutting edge patent created by Chef David Burke using the Himalayan Salt Dry Aging process he created!
  • Must be comfortable with cooking steaks to temperature
  • Work with all other cooks to produce food orders
  • Ensure all cooking techniques and plate presentations are being followed
  • Ensures that the kitchen is clean and compliant with all regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, employment law and safety
  • Deliver world-class levels of exceptional and stylish cuisine within the confines of the established culinary style
  • Be punctual, team player and motivated worker.
  • Work with the Chef to ensure all dishes, silverware, glassware are cleaned and put away.
  • Keep entire kitchen clean and sanitary throughout the shift.

Experience

  • At least THREE (3) years of progressive experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment and high-end quality
  • Experience in different stations and positions in a kitchen including hot foods, cold foods, desserts

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow Chef David Burke recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Uniform:

  • Sleeveless shirts/tank tops not allowed
