As part of the Dream Team, you can make $15-$40+ per hour (includes hourly + uncapped bonus) generating leads at Events and Home Shows throughout the Northern Colorado area, speaking with Homeowners about their bathrooms/windows/doors to generate leads.

You can work anywhere from 8-20 hours per week in the field.

New to home improvement? GREAT! We provide a paid two-week online training program with weekend field training to set you up for success. We have procedures in place to ensure a safe, educational, and fun experience during training and in the field.

Joining the Dreamstyle Remodeling Team

As a lead generation professional for Dreamstyle Remodeling, you will have conversations with homeowners to generate leads for our in-home sales team. You will schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners and discuss their bathroom remodeling, replacement window or patio door projects.

• You MUST be comfortable having conversations.
• You MUST have the confidence to overcome homeowner objections.
• You MUST cultivate a growth mindset.

How You Get Paid

• Compensation includes a strong hourly base: $17.50 per hour, PLUS bonus!
• Lucrative bonus structure based on appointments set, PLUS a % of sales!
• Mileage reimbursement

On average, you can earn $25-$40+ per hour, with no cap on commission. There is full transparency in your pay, with access to a breakdown of your production available upon request.
