Bookkeeper - Multi-family Real Estate Job at Confidential
Well established, Multi-Family Real Estate Company is seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our property management team. Our properties are family owned and expertly managed. The person hired for this position will work in our corporate office in West Bloomfield Township. We highly value our employees and provide a positive, supportive work environment.
Duties will include processing accounts payable invoices for payment, reviewing tenant receipts, calculating/documenting resident move out files, and bank reconciliations. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical/analytical skills and be detail oriented with a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills. A positive attitude and professional demeanor are critically important. Training will be provided. Excel skills and the ability to learn new software are necessary.
This is a full-time position with benefits. You’ll be eligible to enroll in our health, dental, vision, life, long term disability insurance, and 401k plan. We also provide paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
