Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description
Position: Licensed BCBA
Purpose
Under the direction of a Clinical Manager and Operations Director, the Behavior Analyst will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.
Knowledge and Behaviors Needed
This position requires the individual to have a minimum of 3 years' experience posts certification and hold an active status as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), credentialed with commercial and private insurance providers. Must have a TN BCBA License and be credentialed with Tennessee Medicaid insurance providers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Bill the selected Billable hours required hours per month.
- Complete RBT Competencies and 40-hour trainings as needed for new hires and any current hires.
- Provide supervision of RBTs working with clients.
- Provide direct care as needed
- Participate in training activities as needed that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trail teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population. In addition to recording and reporting on the behavior of individual children as assigned
- Assist with training and competency checklists for new and existing RBTs
- Receive supervision from the direct supervisor for each client they work with on a monthly basis.
- Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments adopted by Harwood.
- Develop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plan under the supervision and guidance of the direct supervisor.

Availability
· Harwood operating hours are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm
· This position is Full-time salary and hours will be scheduled in accordance with the new non-credentialed BCBAs supervision and trainings that are scheduled.
· This position can be remote some of the time, Supervision can occur via Zoom. However, the BCBA will need to be physically see the clients on a regular basis.

The employee must have the ability to move quickly to keep pace with toddlers and have the stamina to remain alert and energetic during therapy sessions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. There is little potential for harm or personal injury when basic safety and health precautions are followed.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
