Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting an Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a full-time, permanent position with a reputable company in the Yuba City and Sutter area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to provide support to both customers and upper management. In addition, the Administrative Assistant should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and other duties pertinent to the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer multi-line phones in a professional manner
- Receive and process payments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Work on special projects and company audits
- Other administrative duties as needed
SKILLS
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- 3 years of proven work experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time permanent position. Compensation depends on experience. Benefits include Group Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Vision Reimbursement Program, PTO, and Holiday Pay.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
