Shaner has an immediate opportunity for a Bellman / Valet to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER, located in downtown Buffalo just off 190, sitting at Canalside entertainment district.

The Bell / Valet Associates are typically the first staff who our guests see. First impressions are everything! We expect our Associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We look for staff who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

The Bell / Valet staff transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms. They help escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to hotel and franchise standards. Work shifts and hours vary: weekend and holiday hours required. Clean driving record required.
