Behavior Aide, Part-Time Job at Multiplicity Therapeutic Services
Multiplicity Therapeutic Services (MTS) provides behavior intervention programs for individuals with special needs utilizing a person-centered approach. We are recruiting an individual in Lake County, CA to provide supports in a variety of domains, including behavioral, community safety and integration, self-help, independent communication, social skills and relationship development in the Kelseyville and Lucerne/Nice area. Employees schedule will depend on employees availability. We are looking to fill the following shifts:
Job duties include:
* Following programs based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
* Collecting accurate and timely data.
* Ability to work in client home and community settings.
* Professionalism in working with families, clients, and team members.
* Most of our staffing needs are M-F afternoons and weekends.
Job requirements:
* High School Diploma
* Access to reliable transportation ($0.625/mile)
* Driver's license
* Vehicle insurance
