Qualifications:

• We support a drug free work place. Drug test required.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• This is a full time position, schedule includes rotating days and weekends.
• Previous sales experience (any industry) a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and great communication skills.
• Must have confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Bilingual a PLUS!

Responsibilities(to include but not limited to)

• Generate appointments and quotes for Service customers.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
• Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Work in close partnership with service advisers to provide detailed information on customers vehicle need.
• Meet specified monthly targets and goals
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond immediately
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other Service personnel and departments promptly
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitudeFollow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
