We are looking for a qualified BDC Manager with a customer service background and experience in the auto industry.

Responsibilities
- Train and motivate BDC representatives leading by example
- Collect and analyze metrics/run reports
- Maximizing sales and profitability of the internet sales department
- Support staff and customers by handing escalated calls/situations
- Have the ability to create and maintain a process-driven work environment.
- Forecasting goals and objectives
- Tracking of department's appointments, calls, sales, and contacts using CRM system
- Working closely with other department managers and top leadership
- Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all departmental employees
- eLEAD experience is a plus but not required!
Qualifications
- Prefer 2+ years of previous automotive work experience
- Must possess problem-solving skills and team building
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills is a plus as well but not required
