Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible to meet the needs of the IBHS program

Regulation Adherence: 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240

• Maintain clinical oversight of the IBHS program.

• Clinically supervise the ABA staff in the IBHS program per IBHS regulations.

• Supervise staff during hours services are provided.

• Complete and document a clinical record review for quality of the IBHS provided quarterly.

• Provide consultation for clinical staff during evenings and weekends, if needed.

• Maintain compliance with IBHS regulations.

• Provide training to IBHS staff regarding interventions and treatment.

• Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies and procedures, as needed.

• Work cooperatively with families, caregivers, and team members to provide children with the best care and treatment.

• Develop and implement parent training and support programs.

• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Attend team meetings, as needed

• Understands and adheres to established Excentia Human Services policies and procedures.

• Maintains ongoing confidential records of client files.

• Complete mandatory trainings.

• Keep informed of new developments in the field of behavior analysis.

• Ensure staff schedules meet the needs of the children served in all programs.

• During times when an IBHS Lead is not available, provide ABA services in the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program including assessments, collect and analyze ABA data, develop individualized treatment plans and provide ABA treatment to individuals.

• If providing ABA services directly to individuals and families, Clinical Director will attend supervision per IBHS guidelines.

• Other job tasks as assigned.

• Meet with the Director of Chlidren’s Services regularly.

• Report safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies.

• Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA and procedural safeguards.

• Other duties as assigned

• Primarily in clinic with unknown environmental challenges.

• Office time with exposure to toners and ink cartridges;

• Seasonal displays may include hay, leaves, flowers, pine needles, etc.;

• Noise level can be high at times.

• Potential exposure to communicable childhood diseases and/or other communicable diseases.

• Client may carry fluid or blood-borne pathogens.
