Captain's Cove is a family owned and operated bar and grill, known for serving signature drinks, great food, and an entertaining atmosphere overlooking the Illinois River! We are looking to hire personable and dependable individuals for our busy summer months. Applicants should aspire to have a great attitude, enjoy working as a team, and be quick on your feet (figuratively and literally)

Captain's Cove Bar & Grill is looking for EXPERIENCED bartenders to join our team for the busy summer season. This is a fast paced position that requires multitasking, time management, and the ability to work under pressure. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with guests. Our bar takes pride in serving over 25 speciality cocktails as well as beers and wines. Our bartenders make all alcoholic beverages for bar guests as well as guests at seated tables.
- Weekend availability is a must
- BASSET certified
- Prior food & beverage experience
- MUST be able to handle large parties
- POS experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Running a cash drawer
- Serving food to bar customers
- Ability to multitask activities and switching from one to another
- Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $12.00 per hour
