Gregorys Coffee Barista
Our baristas are the heart and soul of our company, therefore, we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee and customer service. Baristas will perform multiple duties and responsibilities such as order taking, crafting food and beverage items, and cleaning tasks.
Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Welcoming guests in a positive manner and providing a Wow guest experience by taking and ringing up orders.

● Maintaining a safe and clean work environment according to company and DOH standards.
● Carrying out any opening, closing and mid-day tasks per manager’s request.
● Keeps store clean, fully stocked, and organized including but not limited to pastry case, merchandiser, grab and go refrigerator, bathroom, and storage areas.

● Abides by the employee handbook and company policies (time and attendance, performance, dress code, etc.)

● Displays a positive attitude, passion for coffee, and believes each drink brings value to the customer.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ● Employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service.

● Employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas).

● Employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (Coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)
