Our company Sharetea Fairfax & Falls Church is a franchisee that sells bubble tea in northern Virginia. Sharetea headquater has 500 stores internationally and 120+ stores in North America.

We are looking for LONG TERM employees who can work Full Time (35-40 hrs) or part time minimum 3 shifts including weekends/holidays. We will consider to hire the candidates who can consistently work 4+ shifts a week first. Candidate who has Virginia address is preferred.

Job Positions:

1. Crew member : Barista experience is not required but it is a plus.

2. Shift leader: Full time is preferred, with experience in food/beverage industry.

Store hours:

Monday to Thursday, you can choose to work 12:30-5pm, 5-9:30pm or 12:30-9:30pm. Friday to Sunday, we have two shifts (12-5, 5-10:30 pm). Weekend and holiday availability are a must. Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends/holidays.

You will get paid in training period with a reduced rate.

Responsibilities of this job are but not limited to,

• Greet customers as they enter and leave
• Able to explain our menu and answer customers questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of sweetness, ice level).
• Prepare drinks following recipes
• Preparing and cooking teas and toppings for drinks
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area, kitchen area, sitting area, and bathrooms clean all the time
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Able to lift 40 lb and help to unload/load supplies.
• Communicate customer feedbacks to managers and handle complaints

Skills

• Previous work experience as a Barista is not required but it is a plus
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts. Weekend/holiday availability is required.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
