Candidate must:

- Be wildly creative and forward-thinking. We are looking for a tastemaker who has the confidence to experiment with unconventional design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a creative edge, feel comfortable commanding a situation, and actively work to push the interior design field forward. This person doesn't follow the trends, they set the trends.

-Have excellent skills in AutoCAD, InDesign and Sketchup and some experience in Photoshop & Excel. (Please only apply if you are very comfortable in these programs.)

- Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design + 2 year professional experience OR have completed an Associates in Interior Design + 3 years professional experience to be considered. (Please only apply if you meet this criteria.)

- Be able thrive independently in a fast-paced work environment where multi-tasking is always necessary. We are a group of driven, ambitious women and it takes a lot of hustle to keep up.

- Be upbeat, polished, professional, punctual, detail-oriented and extremely reliable. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, ambition to help our team succeed, and is interested in being social with our small and tight knit team.

- Be comfortable with jumping in where necessary to assist our small team- occasional errands or clerical work may be needed.

- Have reliable transportation

- Demonstrate an elevated and unique sense of style

- Be fun to work with

Position:

- 30-40 hours per week (regular business hours, typically with very light Fridays). Occasional evening hours may be required if we are on tight deadlines or attending team networking events.

-This position will be focused both residential and commercial projects.

-This position requires regular and frequent use of 2D AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop, Gather and Excel/Google Sheets. Candidate should be comfortable in these.

- We are in a co-working space (in a private office) at Polk St. & 7th Avenue in downtown Phoenix.

- $18-$26/hr depending on experience - paid bi-weekly - taxes will be withheld automatically

- Mileage and business-related expenses are reimbursed monthly
