The Back of House Shift Manager is responsible for leading team members to help provide fast and accurate service to guests, while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

This role is offered as a full-time position. Must be able to work the following shifts:

530-3pm

2-11pm

Availability for Fridays Saturdays and holidays is required.

• Assist with ensuring low food and labor costs

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

Prior leadership experience required. ServSafe Certification and experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant and ServSafe Certification are preferred. Experience with Chick-Fil-A is a plus.
Clean driving record and your own reliable transportation are required.
