Overview:
This position is responsible for analyzing, coding, designing, and testing different avionic subsystems which replicate the avionics of the aircraft being simulated (a flight simulator). Systems may include communications, defense systems, offensive systems, or weapon sensors.
Requirements:
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance
- A strong background in C++ is required
- the ability to understand and read Ada, Fortran, and python.
- Any new programming will be developed in C++.
- Background in working with Flight simulators
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $95.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- C++: 1 year (Required)
- Flight Simulators: 1 year (Required)
- Python: 1 year (Preferred)
- ADA: 1 year (Preferred)
Security clearance:
- Secret (Required)
