Position Overview:
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing various mechanical duties to help maintain a fleet of vehicles.

Company Overview:
DST Global Services is a dedicated Tier 1 supplier to Ford Motor Company. DST Global Services manages all of Ford’s marketing preproduction vehicles. In addition to fleet management, DSTGS also provides advertising car prep services, vehicle logistics, specialized paint services and manages the Vehicle Recovery Services (VRS) program on behalf of Ford.

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

  • Multipoint safety inspections (every vehicle enters or returns from an event is inspected prior to its next event).
  • Vehicle maintenance (oil changes, fluid changes, etc.).
  • Part replacements (vehicles returning with damage).
  • Accessory upfits.


Automotive Technician
Qualifications:

  • Proven consistent work history.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Prior automotive experience.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work setting.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal tools will need to be purchased and provided by candidate.
  • Team oriented and willing to work with other employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Positive attitude.
  • ASE / State of Michigan technician certifications(preferred).
  • General understanding of computers and technology(preferred).
  • Proficient with outlook and email communication(preferred).
