DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently provide a high-quality customer service experience to customers.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and internet leads.
- Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
- Works with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase.
- Exhibit a commitment to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
- Follows-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
