KIA of East Hartford is looking for Techs of All Levels. If you are a Master Tech not getting paid what you deserve, we can offer you up to $40 per hour, flat rate with a 40-hour guarantee. If you have any OEM Certifications, we will train and certify you on KIA. We have a lucrative pay plan. We will move your tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose problems and perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Provide labor and time estimates for any additional repairs required
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Tech:

• You will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.
• Dealership Experience required
• ASE / KIA certified preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
