Job Overview:

A&J Mobility is currently looking for an energetic Location Manager that has a strong desire to lead a team and help people.

As a Location Manager, you will be a key part in the business daily operation. A successful Location Manager will be versatile in all positions, whether working with the sales team, or providing help to the service team, the manager will be responsible to ensure all employees are fulfilling their essential job requirements. Working under the Regional Manager, the manager will be provided guidance and support to assure performance goals are met throughout the month. We are looking for an experienced manager that has a passion for helping and guiding people. The perfect candidate will help guide the positive winning culture and will be able to help determine the success of the team.

This is a perfect position for someone who has been a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager for Service Advisor. If you are looking to find a home where your contributions are valued by your team, organization and customers, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the team in a fast pace environment.
• Coordinate the delivery and service process for customers.
• Monitor and analyze customer accounts with the team and lead team for opportunities.
• Provide timely follow-up and prompt resolutions on sales or service related customer request.
• Maintain regular communication between team and customers.
• Generate and provide reports as requested by leadership.

Qualifications:

• 2 Year Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 2+ Year Experience in Sales / Management and/or Automotive
• Strong mechanical aptitude desired
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a plus.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Physical abilities to lift up to 50lbs, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $ 75,000.00 - $ 100,000.00 per year
