Position: Full-Time

Schedule: No Saturdays! Monday - Friday!

What You'll Do as a Guest Care Coordinator

• Be a GREAT teammate.
• Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining guests by setting appointments for the Service teams of various Baxter dealerships.
• Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with the management team on opportunities to increase business.
• Use a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Qualifications

You don't need to be from the auto industry; however, you will have a proven record of Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people.

• Strong Guest service and Phone skills.
• Compassionate and Empathetic communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
