Apple Ford Lincoln Apple Valley has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Aftermarket Installer. As the Aftermarket Installer, you will responsible for mechanically installing various types of vehicle accessories: Remote start systems, audio systems and other electronic components, bed liners, bug deflectors, mud flaps, vent visors, etc.

What you will do:

• Plan work procedures per job order
• Document work performed in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be proficient in the proper and safe use of hand and air operated tools
• Must have own tools or acquire them
• Timely completion of all tasks as per the specified deadline
• Working in regulation of the of the automobile safety norms
• Effectively do repairs off a written repair appraisal
• Possess a basic understanding of the operation and use of a welder and a cutting torch
• Must be capable of installing and troubleshooting 12 volt electrical components
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Aftermarket Manager

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have above average comprehension skills to follow medium complexity instructions installing automotive accessories
• Must have above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks
• Follow factory and dealership process and procedures
• Perform all work outlined with efficiency and accuracy
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test, and a valid drivers license
