This Opportunity:
As an Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will help to manage end-to-end recruitment of a variety of positions across the business, from project delivery roles to business support functions. You will have the opportunity to source and shepherd candidates through the recruitment process, from sourcing and application review through the offer stage. We have a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages horizontal and vertical collaboration across technical sectors and geographies.

Reporting and Supervision:
The role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition
The role will work closely with hiring managers across all sectors along with Human Resources
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for junior and mid-level positions, from initial contact through to the offer stage
- Full lifecycle recruiting to include: developing recruiting strategy, applying innovative sourcing methodologies, drafting advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, reference checking, drafting offer letters, negotiating compensation packages
- Work with hiring managers across the business to develop recruitment strategies for various positions
- Conduct competency-based interviews and use appropriate assessment tools
- Screen and short-list priority candidates, ensuring compliance with all governmental and client employment specifications
- Attend and represent Palladium at recruitment events/career fairs
- Utilize internal systems, including job postings and candidate tracking
- Help to implement effective recruitment strategies to address key recruitment objectives and challenges
- Support the rest of the Talent Acquisition team on projects or recruitments
- Provide resources to hiring teams across the business on processes and strategies of recruitment
- Maintains records on recruiting activities and analyzes metrics within the global ATS/CRM
- Support the development and implementation of candidate care
- Other assignments pertaining to the recruitment function as needed
Key Competencies Required:
Ability to deliver structured full cycle recruitment
- A proactive approach and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies
- Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities with varying priorities and deadlines
