App Commerce Associate Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40-$50/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
- Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Remote, Must work EST hours, Candidates local to Newark, NJ are preferred)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
App Commerce Associate Manager Responsibilities:
- Work on building editorial experiences across content formats, testing merchandising strategies, and reporting.
- Schedule content through our CMS across key discovery touchpoints across surfaces.
- Leverage segmentation tools for laser-focused targeting.
- Develop messaging and imagery in partnership with our internal Creative team.
- Maintain a fresh and relevant shopping experience across a variety of cohorts.
- Test and optimize to improve our content discovery and engagement KPIs.
- Manage highly visible, customer-facing features with a holistic sensitivity to our multi-faceted, personalized, always-on user experience.
- Build promotional pages and action incentives using our proprietary tools.
- Set up placements in our owned communications channels.
- Use data and analytics to inform campaigns, report on results, and drive innovation.
App Commerce Associate Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Front end development w/a focus on merchandising.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, XML, PHP, CSS.
- Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns, a track record of goal achievement, tireless attention to detail, and a knack for partnering effectively with other teams.
- Solid understanding of Web Page development/ Content Management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results.
- Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools.
- Results-oriented front-end developer with a passion for digital marketing to help customers discover their next great listen within our Desktop, Mobile Web, and App platforms.
Shift:
- Must work EST hours from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
