Founded in 2008, Networth Realty has 28 offices nationally. We are opening more new offices next year and are looking for a recruiter in our corporate office in Austin Texas. This position is an IN-OFFICE position. You would be required to come into our office suite but would have an individual office!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works independently with the mindset of the team
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Work with programs to develop more talent interest
- Outbound calls to qualify candidates
- Interact with potential candidates
- Maintain candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System - JazzHR)
- Create new job posts and upload them to job boards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recruiting experience, at least 2 years
- Experience identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Experience recruiting for 100% commission positions is a plus
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques preferred
- Experience working with the 'Handshake' job board is a huge plus.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
