Selkirk Design Company is located on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille and is a rapidly growing firm of Architectural Design in Sandpoint, Idaho. We are proud of our community and are passionate about creating an atmosphere of excellence.

We are searching for a person to work in-house to perform residential home design architectural renderings. The successful applicant will be detailed oriented, creative and have knowledge of residential design. This is a great opportunity for a designer looking to grow and advance with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop highly detailed and accurate residential construction drawings including elevations, foundations, floor plans, building sections, electrical layout and site plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree

• 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and dedicated team player

• Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in residential home building or production home building preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
