The Julian at South Pointe has an immediate opening for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician.
Primary Job Responsibilities for Make Ready Technician
- Complete repairs/painting in vacant apartments
- Assist with maintaining the exterior grounds and common areas of the property
- Assist with service requests as needed
- Assist with special projects
- Share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team
Job Qualifications
- Prior apartment make ready experience
- Clean background
- Punctual/Dependable
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
