Housekeeping/Cleaning
Join our growing team, working with great staff and a growing apartment rental company, working at one of our communities.
Main Job Duties:
* Working with other maintenance staff to maintain curb a clean community
* Vacuuming, and cleaning common areas, halls and laundry rooms.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to use, carry and wear 30lb back pack vacuum up 3 flights of stairs
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and work safely with different cleaning agents.
* Valid driver's license
* Previous work experience in related field a plus
* Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member
* Candidate must be able to work independently, but be team oriented
* Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods.
* Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow.
